On April 29th, the USDC issued an order with the final determination for all unresolved objections and late claims. In the next 30 days, the Receiver will complete a Schedule of Net Loss Amounts and Initial Distribution Amount to be filed with the court in a motion requesting the Judge’s approval. After the court rules on that motion, we can begin the distribution process for those claimants who qualify. At that time, the amended distribution schedule will be posted on our website.
