November 22 2021 - Message from the Receiver

On November 18, 2021, the United States District Court, District of South Carolina, set a pretrial hearing date for USA vs Kohn et al for Friday, December 10, 2021. Jury selection is scheduled for February 15, 2021 with the trial to begin after Jury Selection. The length of the trial is scheduled for ten to fourteen days.

The Receiver’s staff continues to investigate, recover, control and manage the information and assets that have been accumulated since April 2019. 

The Receiver has filed over one hundred federal lawsuits pending against individuals and corporations. While some of the lawsuits have been settled, dozens remain contested and must be resolved before the Receiver’s office can begin the process of making distributions to the victims.
